Frequently asked questions

Is a gym's room reserved for members?

It is reserved for the people present, within 30 m. In practice, that means members and staff.

Is my position stored when I join the gym?

No. The position is used once, to check that you are on site. It is neither kept nor shared with the gym.

What happens to the room when I leave the gym?

You can keep reading during your session, then the room closes for you. Messages themselves are erased 24 hours after they were sent.
